Process designer: main group, category, stages
Every process is built from four layers: main group → process category → stages → transition rules. Each stage represents a real document type in the system.
Transition rules and the "Convert" button
You define which stage can convert to which; the next stage's document is pre-filled from the previous one and the user only reviews and saves.
Per-user, per-stage operational permissions
Whether each user may approve, reject, edit or close a document at each stage is stored per (user, stage) and enforced on the server.
Kanban board
Each stage is a column and each document a card; drag a card to run the same "Convert". Each column shows the document count and the total payable amount.
A form builder with no coding
Field types (text, number, amount, Persian and Gregorian dates, CRM customer, item, fixed list, formula and more), field grouping and a calculated field; a form attaches to a process stage.
Multi-stage electronic signatures
A chain of signers based on org-chart positions, with an "any one" or "all must sign" quorum, amount and date conditions and signature delegation. In the current phase it is wired to contracts.
Change history and stock control
Each document keeps a history with before/after values, who changed it and when; and saving a document at a stage can be made conditional on real warehouse stock.

What is Afrandeh BPMS?
The Process module lets you define your organization's document workflow in a configurable way, with no coding, and users move documents stage by stage from a single page.
Is it really no-code?
Yes. Main groups, process categories, stages and transition rules are defined on the "Process designer" page and forms are built in the form builder; no programming is needed.
What is the Kanban board?
A visual view of the same process documents: each stage is a column and each document a card, and dragging a card between columns runs the same "Convert" defined in the transition rules. Only processes with the "Kanban" option enabled appear there.
How is each user's access to stages controlled?
Operational permissions are stored per (user, stage). If a user has no access to a stage, that stage's column on the Kanban board is shown locked with no drop zone, and the restriction is enforced on the server too.
Which documents does electronic signing work on?
In the current phase (pilot) only the contract module is wired to the electronic-signature engine. Connecting other document types needs separate development.
