Details that generic tools miss
Search that understands Persian writing
A Persian word can be written several ways (half-space, Arabic "ی" and "ک", three digit systems). The system treats them all as one, so no result is lost because of a different keyboard.
Phone calls, with their own ID card
Each call's details are extracted from the recorded file name and stored next to the transcript: direction, counterparty number, extension and time. So you can ask who called about a topic, and when.
Homophone letter correction
Letters like "ق" and "غ", or "ز", "ذ", "ض" and "ظ" sound the same, and no listening model can tell them apart from audio. The system corrects these common errors after transcription.

Where is our data processed?

Does it write answers like ChatGPT?
Not yet. Today the system shows the most relevant passages from your documents together with their source and relevance. A local large language model that writes full answers is in progress, and will also run without any external service.
