From download to first sign-in, in three steps
The app is specific to your company, which is why activation uses a company code.

Download the install file (APK) from this page onto an Android 7 or later phone.
InstallAndroid 7+
Open the downloaded file and confirm the installation. Android may ask you to allow installs from this source.
Activate and sign inCompany code
Open the app and enter the company activation code; then sign in with your own account and choose the company and fiscal year.
Afrandeh gives the code to your company, and the system administrator receives it. For checking in and out, the app asks for access to the phone's location.

Common questions about the mobile app
Which operating system is the Afrandeh mobile app for?
For now only Android 7 and later. An iOS version is not offered at the moment.
How do I activate the app?
With the company activation code. Afrandeh gives this code to your company and the system administrator receives it; after entering it, you sign in with your own account and choose the company and fiscal year.
What can I do in the app?
There are seven pages in the app menu today: check in and out, leave and mission requests, document genealogy, my performance agreement, responding to service referrals, referring service to a technician and field shipment entry.
Are all Afrandeh modules in the app?
No. The mobile app does not replace the web version and has only these seven tasks; the other modules are available in the web version.
Why does the app ask for location?
For checking in and out. If the company has coordinates defined, the recording range is checked; otherwise recording is done without a range check.
Does it have a dark mode?
Yes; you can switch between light and dark from the app menu.
