Only capabilities that exist in the product today — no inflated claims.
Quality-control definition per item
For each item (and variant) you set what the inspector enters: custom inspection fields (text, number, date, yes/no, list), a batch-number formula, and a shelf life that suggests the expiry date.
Batch inspection with inspector sign-off
Accepted and rejected counts and a final status (accept, partial accept, reject) are recorded; the inspector name and time are stored automatically and cannot be edited, and every event stays in the record history.
Quarantine and disposition
Hold a suspect batch with a reason, then resolve it with "Release", "Scrap" or "Return".
Non-conformance (NCR) and corrective action (CAPA)
Each NCR has a severity, a status and root-cause analysis; under it, corrective/preventive actions with an owner and a deadline. When all actions are approved the NCR closes automatically, and it can be linked to a customer-complaint ticket.
Expiry alerts and batch genealogy
Batches nearing expiry at a glance; and which input batches an output batch was made from, for fast recalls.
Certificates of analysis / conformance (CoA/CoC)
Print an official quality certificate for a batch with the system's own print engine; the letterhead, font and layout can be customized too.
AQL and Skip-Lot
AQL sampling with the code letter and sample size per ISO 2859-1, and Skip-Lot for items with a good track record; accepting without inspection is always an explicit user action, never automatic.
SPC, supplier scorecards and cost of quality
An individuals / moving-range chart with control limits, each supplier's acceptance rate, cost of poor quality (COPQ) per item and a BI dashboard for indicators such as the rejection rate.

Which documents does Afrandeh quality control cover?
Today only temporary warehouse receipts and temporary warehouse issue notes — not final documents and not invoices.
Are only items with a definition inspected?
Yes. Until a quality-control definition is saved for an item, it does not appear in the "Quality control list". Each item and variant has only one active definition.
How accurate is AQL sampling?
The sample code letter and sample size are computed exactly per the official ISO 2859-1 table. The accept/reject numbers come from a statistical approximation and are good enough for internal use, but do not reproduce the official tables line for line; for certified purposes, check against the official edition of the standard.
Does Skip-Lot automatically accept batches without inspection?
No. The system only shows the "qualified" status; accepting a batch without inspection is always an explicit user action with a separate confirmation, and stays marked with a Skip-Lot label in the records. If even one full inspection is rejected, the qualification streak is broken.
How is a quality certificate issued?
From the "Print certificate" button in the quality-control record form, using the system's professional print engine; you can customize the certificate template in "Print designer".
