Machinery Management Software: Afrandeh Maintenance & Repair
Machine definition, periodic service planning and usage logging
Manage each machine's specifications, the services that must be done, a service plan per machine and its mileage usage in one place, and record and report every service — on the same unified Afrandeh database.
What's actually in Afrandeh Maintenance
Only capabilities that exist in the product today — no inflated claims.
Machinery definition
Code, type, model, capacity, build year, dimensions, purchase and commissioning dates, manufacturer country and factory, status, hourly cost, serial or plate number, warranty start and end, and consumption specs (kW, motor current and speed, gearbox speed, number of molds); each machine belongs to a machine group.
Versioned service definitions
Each service has a description, an inspection period and, if needed, the mileage or distance required for the service; with a revision number and date, and a "new version" that keeps earlier versions.
Maintenance plan per machine group
For each machine group you set which maintenance activities are done in each inspection period, with bulk insertion of activities.
Service plan per machine
For each machine, the inspection period and services are set with the service date, time and duration; "Calculate service dates" builds the dates from the start date and the calendar.
Recording done services and reporting
Record the service start and end date and time, the personnel who did it and a "This service is done" flag; and a report of all services filtered by date range and personnel code.
Machine fault tree
Define machine faults in a tree of heads and sub-groups, each with a code and description.
Mileage usage logging
For each machine the date, previous and current mileage, distance and duration are recorded; together with the project and cost center and the option to transfer to a project.
The maintenance path
Maintenance alongside the rest of the Afrandeh modules
In Afrandeh this module sits in the same group as production, quality control and logistics ("Production & Operations").

machinery management software — frequently asked questions
What is recorded for each machine?
Code, type, model, capacity, build year, dimensions, purchase and commissioning dates, manufacturer, status, hourly cost, serial or plate number, warranty and consumption specs such as kW and motor speed.
Can a service be defined by mileage too?
Yes. In each service definition the mileage or distance required for the service can be recorded, and each machine's mileage usage is logged separately.
If we change a service, are earlier records lost?
No. Service definitions and service plans carry a revision number and date, and "New version" creates a fresh revision; you can view only the latest revisions or all revisions.
Can completed services be reported on?
Yes. Each completed service is recorded and a report of all services is available, filtered by date range and personnel code.
